it was quite obvious. she was pushed into the intersection at a crosswalk. she even raised her own death-flag at 20:41 and almost immediately after that, 'Hanazawa' showed up under her apartment window.

another lesson learned from the Conan TV anime... Don't blackmail people when your observation post is SO obvious that all your 'victims' know who you are, what you look like, and where you live! If you do that, don't be surprised when you get killed!
